The Butternut Wooly Worm is the larvae of a sawfly. The name applies to waxy covering on the larvae and what they feed on butternut, Black Walnut, and Hickory. I love them to death because I think they look so cute! Hope I see one some day. More info can be found at Bugguide.

Why are males such ASSHOLISH perverts!?!?!? You are just trying to get comments on your insects and these stupid immature males with rectal-cranial inversion have nothing better to do than to type perverted CRAP to you!!! I am REALLY sorry that something cannot be done to prevent these kind of comments from complete idiots to young children!!! They really need to GET A LIFE!!! Maybe they should start by pulling their head out of their ass!!!
