I just got back from the park and I saw all of these:
13-14 Red Admiral Butterflies
3-4 Cabbage Whites
Numerous Eastern Carpenter bees
A Cuckoo bee? ( Green metallic bee of some sort )
Honey bee? ( maybe )
Plant bug
Carpenter bee ( Xylocopa sp. )
All of these made my day especially the butterflies. I got close to 3 of them and they were breathtaking.
Thank you God! I needed this.
